Always in the International Section, becoming head of the section in 2001. Focus on international tax planning and controversy.

Licensed to practice law in Florida since 1978 and in Texas since 1986. Member of the Florida Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Chairman of the Tax Section of the Houston Bar Association in 1993 and of the International Law Section of the Houston Bar Association in 1998.
